1. What We Collect

This policy applies to nkulnexus.online and all Nkul Nexus (FZE) platforms, including watchnpray.app, pilotfolio.app, and pilotpaygated.app.

Through our waitlist and contact forms we collect your name, email address, and the app or topic you have indicated interest in. Through our Start a Project inquiry form we collect additional details you choose to provide about your business and intended project — including your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, role, location, project description, requirements, target users, budget, and timeline — together with any files you upload (such as a logo, brand guidelines, or supporting documents). You may skip any optional field. You must provide explicit consent before we use your details to contact you, and an automated confirmation email is sent to the address you submit when the form is completed.

2. How We Use It

The information you provide is used exclusively to: notify you when a new app launches (if you joined the waitlist); respond to your enquiry (if you submitted a contact message); and review your project submission and prepare a proposal, quote, or follow-up response (if you submitted a project inquiry). Any files you upload are reviewed only to understand your project. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the one stated at the point of collection.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We will never sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third party for their own commercial purposes — ever, under any circumstances.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely via our platform provider using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Access is restricted to authorised members of the Nkul Nexus (FZE) team only. Transactional emails (such as inquiry confirmations) are delivered through Brevo, our email service provider, which processes the recipient email address solely to deliver that message on our behalf.

5. Your Rights

You may request the deletion, correction, or export of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact us at info@nkulnexus.com. We will process your request within 14 days.
